Behind the bench
Crafted by hand.
Guided by the grain.
Clendenin Woodworks began with a simple pull toward making things well. From our shop in Putnam County, West Virginia, we create custom signs, cutting boards, keepsakes, laser-engraved pieces and other one-of-a-kind projects designed around the people and places they belong to.
Careful craftsmanship meets a respect for honest materials in every piece we make. Whether we’re creating something functional for everyday life or something meaningful to mark a memory, our goal is the same: to make it by hand, make it personal and make it to last.
“The best piece is the one you reach for every day.”
